Sunday passed by so quickly!! Isn’t it? Anyhow, today I am reviewing yet another Bobbi Brown product from my stash. It is the Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Shadow in Antique Gold.

Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Shadow in Antique Gold comes in a square glass pot with a screw up lid. It has a packaging similar to gel eyeliners, atleast it reminds me off one!! :P
How Do I Use It :
I simply pat it with my ring finger on my lids for a sheer cover of color and shimmer, or use a flat eyeshadow brush to pat it up and build it up for brighter and better eyes.
My Thoughts On The Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Shadow in Antique Gold :
The entire line of the Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Shadows is shimmery and glittery, I wonder why they aint called glitter creams or shimmer cream shadows!! This range has some gorgeous shimmery shades, infact all of the shades from this range have a shimmery and glittery finish.
The packaging, is pretty sensible, like I can dip in my fingers and use the product, but then a tube would be FINE too. I am not complaining BUT!!!
The shade Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Shadow in Antique Gold , is a dirty taupe base shade with oodles and oodles of golden and silver shimmer. See it here,
I was craving for something like this since long, long, long!! And finally I found my DREAM shade of taupe with glitter with the Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Shadow in Antique Gold.
The texture of the product is creamy and soft, but with the glitter content it has I was reluctant on believing its ability of proving to go smooth on the lids, but thankfully, I was proven wrong and this goes super softly and smoothly on the lids without any additional efforts.
The consistency of the product isn’t super thick but it is definitely semi opaque. Even with this semi opaque finish, it successes to show up gorgeously on the eyes and provide that required shine and shimmer to the eyes, be it the day or night!!
It is one of those versatile shades, which I wear to office without any double thoughts as well as double it up for evening wear.
I usually go for a base/primer under the product, but then, even without a primer, this one doesn’t crease, smudge or fade. It has a gorgeous staying power, and these would stay put for the whole day (read : 8 hours)
It actually doesn’t crease or smudge even on super oily lids, like my mom’s and neither does it budge in the heat and blazing heat.
You aint dreaming here, see it on my eyes!!
I use a normal eye makeup remover to get it off, or my EUCERIN one!! It comes of pretty easily , but you need to work that glitter out and get it off!! It won’t be tough though.

I seriously wish they had some matte shades as well. Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Shadow in Antique Gold is a gorgeous shade to have, it is definitely my most used and loved eye shadow these days! I am totally recommending this to you guys , especially for the summers. I am pretty sure you’d love love love it!!
