Hello Ladies,
Firstly I would like to thank you all, for being so supportive and loving. EMBB has already completed a month and I can’t even thank you all enough for making it such a successful first month. Thank You. Secondly I told you all that I did this little Boots haul the other day, so today I ‘d be reviewing Boots Vitamin E gentle exfoliating face wash for you all.
Product Claim:
Gentle and effective daily cleansing with antioxidant protection. Suitable for all skin types. Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash helps lift dead skin cells, revealing soft, smooth and radiant skin. Contains Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, to help protect the skin against environmental damage. Naturally derived Wheatgerm Oil conditions, moisturizes and nourishes the skin. Dermatologically tested.
Ingredients:
Aqua(water), butylene glycol, sodium laureth sulfate, glycerin, carboner, phenoxyethanol, polysorbate 20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, Juglans regia(walnut) shell powder, Xanthan Gum, Potassium hydroxide, Methylparaben, Tocopheryl acetate, Triticum vulgare (Wheat) germ oil, Parfum (fragrance), Dipropylene glycol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Disodium Phosphate.
Price, quantity and availability:
I paid 15 AED for the Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash and they had a buy one get one free offer going on so I got one more tube for free!! The tube contains 100 ml of the face wash and it is available in all Boots stores across the UAE, I got mine from Deira City Center.
Direction to use:
Gently massage into wet skin using circular motions, taking care to avoid the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow with Vitamin E Moisture Day Cream.
Packaging:
The Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash comes in a peach-white colored tube with a flip up cap. Pretty Regular.
My thoughts on the Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash:
I bought this face wash a week ago, since my face wash got over. I picked it after reading “Vitamin E gentle Exfoliating” claim.
Boots has this amazing range of skin care products, which are interesting as well as affordable. Personally I have got a check list to try from Boots. I am not that SOLD for the cosmetic line though, remember the lipstick I bought. Check it out HERE.
The texture of the Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash is jelly-watery kinds with not-so harsh micro granules.
Why should you buy the Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash:
• The price. Super affordable and with offers like BOGO it’s cherry on the icing.
• The ingredients are skin friendly, except for some paraben content.
• The quantity is nice. Not that bad for the price, one tube goes you for around 2-3 weeks.
• It suits all skin types.
• The micro granules are not harsh on the skin.
• It does not make my skin dry and stretchy.
• It doesn’t lather, but yes you get a clean skin after washing the face.
• Has a very very mild and soothing fragrance.
• Great for daily exfoliation of the skin, since it is mild and not as harsh as facial scrubs.
• My skin feels fresh , smooth and clean after using it.
Why should you skip the Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash:
Actually I have no qualms with the Boots Vitamin E Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash. I am quite satisfied and happy about the product. It’s just the availability of the product.
Final Verdict:
Boots has an assortment of skin care products; hence I would like to try out some other face wash from the brand. But if I do not find something matching my needs, I will go with this.
