Whenever the ladies of my family happen to see a girl who has this beautiful pink flush in her cheeks we tend to go like this.”OMG! She has become so pink-pink!”I know! Definitely not good English but that’s the only way I could put it. We also have more such words like “yellow-yellow” for fair-skinned girls and “red-red” for and fair-skinned, plump girls. And somehow the repetition of the color seems to emphasis the point we got to make. Now ,getting back to “pink-pink “girls. There are two types-one that is naturally blessed with beautiful cheeks which makes me go “green-green”(sorry I just had to put it in there) with envy and the other who has so skillfully mastered the right way of application of blush. I have a really small face and there’s not much contouring I can do with a blush so I stick to light application for that “pink-pink” effect. And I must say this little thing in its beautiful pot,Bourjois Paris Blush #85 Sienne has never failed me

I chose # 85 Sienne against the SA’s suggestion who was hell-bent upon forcing me to buy a lighter shade.

Tips :
For a natural result, smile and apply the blush on your cheekbones with circular movements. Then stretch up to the temples.
If you applied to much, don’t worry; just apply a coat of powder on top of it!

Boy! Am I glad that I dint listen to her! This almost brun-matte blush looks great on my skin. It has a baked texture and a slight rosy scent.

I am totally in love with little round pot packaging. It has a vintage feel to it. The built in mirror and brush makes touch-ups on the go easy-peasy.

I never felt the need of using a separate brush .This brush has really soft bristles and does its job well.

The curved end lets you do a good contouring job.I usually smile and apply in circular motion on my cheeks.

Here’s a swatch.Not sure whther you can make anything out of it.So In thesecond snap below I have shown how it looks on white surface and no, its not a patch of dirt!

Its made in france and comes with a little leaflet which I lost…ummm (or did I throw it??)Its priced around 50-60 AED and lasts really long.Needs touch ups if applied lightly.Over all I happy with this blush.
