I have been meaning to review the Bourjois Paris Effet 3D MAX Lip Gloss for a while, and thought I had to share my thoughts on this amazing product with you guys. Read on to find out more about this absolutely awesome product…
Product Claims:
People with sensitive eyes, beware! Bourjois pushes the limits of shine with Effet 3D Max lip gloss up to 33% more shine! It gives you a maximized 3D shine with the help of its formula that contains shine activating micro agents. The shine agents form a supple and comfy film that will make your lips feel smooth and radiant.

About AED 40, which is a bit expensive, but totally worth it! You can find this product at all Bourjois stores located in Dubai and Sharjah. I picked up mine from Lifestyle in Sharjah City Centre.

My thoughts on Bourjois Paris Effet 3D MAX Lip gloss:
For me this product is a definite win because of its smooth, semi-sheer texture and the 3D effect that it gives to my lips. I think it has delicately dazzling colors that make your lips look gorgeous. Quality wise this lip gloss is high class and definitely the best one I have come across so far. The shade that I’m using is Pêche shiny as I think it compliments my skin tone (picture below).
It is very quick and easy to apply because of its clever applicator that smears the gloss evenly on the lips. The plastic applicator feels hygienic, unlike the other old-fashioned soft brushes.
With just one coat, my lips feel very moisturized and glossy. It is also very light on the lips, and does not create the sticky effect that you would usually get with other lip glosses. It lasts for about 2-3 hours, but even when it starts fading, there will still be some color and a touch of glitter on your lips. Yet another good feature of this product is that it doesn’t sink into the fine lines on your lips which I think is pretty amazing!
While applying it on to your lips, ensure that you don’t load the wand with the gloss, as it may create a blotchy effect. I haven’t really tried out the other shades, but I will definitely buy this product again but this time I’ll probably go for 64 – Framboise ardent.
What’s to love about Bourjois Paris Effet 3D MAX Lip gloss:

• Doesn’t sink into the lip lines
• Non-sticky nature
• Heart shaped doe foot wand which makes it easy to apply
What’s to hate about Bourjois Paris Effet 3D MAX Lip gloss:
Absolutely NOTHING!
Final Verdict:
This lip gloss is by far my favorite among the ones that I have used so far. This shade is really beautiful, although I will definitely try the other colors out. The price is a little high for a lip gloss but I won’t think twice before buying it again. Do give it a try at least once and I am sure you’ll love it.
