My Colorful Nails – Nail Rock Nail Wraps Review

Hope you all had a blissful Monday!! I really had a boring one though, post weekend scene you see!! :P Anyways, I killed the Monday Monotony by getting my nails all colorful and bright, thanks to the Nail Rock Nail Wraps.

Packaging :

Nail Rock Nail Wraps come in a sleek cardboard box, with a peel off stickers kind of sheet with the nail wraps on them, we just need to peel them to use them.

How To Apply:

1. Push back cuticle.
2. Shape and file the nail edge.
3. Gently remove surface shine using a buffer or a smooth file.
4. Clean the nail using an acetone based remover.
5. Select the wrap nearest to your cuticle size. These can be trimmed to fit if needed.
6. Do not touch the adhesive side of the wrap that will be used on your nail.
7. Place at the cuticle edge and press FIRMLY on to the nail. Work from the cuticle edge applying pressure and smoothing the wrap from the middle to the outside edges of the nail.
8. If you have any creases, lift wrap slightly and stretch back over the nail. Apply pressure and smooth again.
9. Stretch firmly over the free edge of your nail and use your nail or a wooden hoof stick to tuck under the free edge.
10. Taking a smooth nail file, remove excess wrap by running file under the nail.

With a little practice, careful removal of shine from the nail and plenty of firm pressure, you will acquire a stunning, long lasting finish.

To Remove :
Starting from the nail edge, peel off the Nail Rock.

My Thoughts On The Nail Rock Nail Wraps :
This is the first time ever, I am using nail wraps. So initially I had a little tough time getting them right, but I did not really give up on trying. And after failing a couple of times with achieving a smooth finish, I finally got it right today, at least I am somewhere near. :P Look how lovely and summery and bright my nails look.

Nail wraps are a great alternative to tasking nail arts, I mean as far as I am concerned I am not bestowed with patience for actually getting beautiful designs on my nails, I apply my nail paint and I am sorted. Nothing more nothing less to it, at the most, I may go on and have some glitter on, but that’s about it.

These wraps come in a variety of designs and colors to pick from you can check them out at their website HERE. The one I am having on my nails is a basic bright screaming ATTENTION PLEASE, sort of a lining. I has this bright bright egg yolk yellow, a hot pink and a tangy orange. How well does it describe the summer?

I surely had some head turning with these on!!

With my first trial of getting them right, I failed at filing them correctly. The second went on smoothly, although they didn’t come out smooth, I am to be blamed for that.

I love how they firmly clasp the nail bed and do not budge or peel even when I run them under water or do the usual things I do on everyday basis. They are unaffected with hot shower or come may anything related to water.

I am having these on for about 5 days now, and they do not seem to have faded or lost even a little alignment which is GREAT.

Even getting them out is super simple, like you just need to peel them from the lower edge of the nail and they get out. Also if you happen to misplace them or do not fix them correctly, you can easily lift them up and align them perfectly.

What I best liked about them is that how well they endure and last, usually wraps tend to start peeling after a couple of days and water, or other activities where the nail need to work.

I advise you to have a base coat.
Initially the wraps made me feel a little uncomfortable and conscious, but then with time it faded off and I was a happy bunny flaunting my colorful nails to everyone.

• You get enough shades and sizes to fit onto your nails or any nail shape and size
• A great hue of colors and designs to pick from
• Easy application. Instant and saves time whilst being flawless
• Easy removal
• They do not peel or budge with exposure to water
• Do not harm or discolor the nail bed
• Very vibrant and bright

What’s to HATE about it:

I really do not like filing these; I roughly cut them as per my nail size and shape and then get onto file them. Also you cannot reuse them; they are just for a single use. Other than these I do not have a CON.

Final Verdict :
Nail Rock Nail Wraps are a definite try. I’m totally recommending it to you guys!! I have bought a couple of other prints from the lot which you would be seeing in the near future. You would love these COMPLETELY, they are a pleasure to use, provided you are good at manicure skills.
