I am back with a men’s perfume. Call me old-school, but this almost powdery, soapy smelling scent is my THE most favorite Eau De Toilette! And if I could, I would gift every single man in my family this particular perfume. What’s so great about this EDT? Read on.

Drakkar Noir is virile, seductive and powerful, as intense as the black no-nonsense bottle that houses the scent. This cologne by Guy Laroche is a crisp aromatic fougere, a blend of lemon, verbena, lavender and patchouli that spells confidence on your wrists. Launched in 1982.

Top note: Basil, Rosemary, Verbena, Lavender.
Heart note: Juniper, Coriander, Cinnamon, Angelica
Base note: Oak moss, Fir, Patchouli, Vetiver

Packaging:

Comes in a masculine, no-nonsense black bottle. Brilliant shape and clean design. In my opinion every single man’s scent should be designed this way! The bottle has a matte finish and the nozzle is black too.

My thoughts on Drakkar Noir by Guy Laroche:

This thing has men’s perfume written all over it. This fragrance is not bad at all, Drakkar Noir smells very clean, very sensual and very masculine. This is not your average kiddy fruity, aquatic cologne. I gifted this to my dad and he loves it so much that he keeps buying it over and over again. He says this is exactly how he loves to smell like and never seems to get tired of it. And every single lady of my family loves it and I have convinced (forced) them to gift this to their respective spouses. And it stays on forever. Trust me, it is that good! Need I say more? Hope I have given you a great idea for what your next gift should be, for the man of your life.
Seriously one of cousins asked me does Guy Laroche pay u for this! That’s how much I love it. :)
