It was a lazy evening and I was walking in Sahara Centre Sharjah aimlessly. No intentions to buy anything, no plans of checking out any products. I was totally relaxed and then this cute little kiosk struck my eyes ‘Elianto’. Wowies! Isn’t this the brand Zeeba was raving about?? Okay , do I need to say more about what happened then? I was touching and swatching all those lovely eyeshadows they had there. Smiling, chuckling and I ended up buying this neutral brown shade.
It is Elianto Splendour Eyeshadow in Saddle Brown. Read on my review.

This is such a beautiful neutral brown.

With base it livens up my crease and without base it becomes an overall lid shade. Now, the best thing about this eyeshadow is I use it as a Contour shade. Yup!!

So I use it as a crease defining eyeshadow, I use it as an overall eyelid covering neutral brown shade and I also use it to define my cheek bones and slim down my face.

It comes in a cute little blue packaging. The quantity of the product is 2grams and the price is only AED 19!!
Usage Direction: Gently dab on eyelids and smudge to desired effect.

Ingredients:
Talc, Zinc Stearate, Dimethicone, Zea Mays(Corn) Starch, Silica, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Potassium Sorbate, Chlorphensin, Tetrasodium EDTA.

May Contain: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Ultramarines, Carmine, Manganese Violet, Ferric Ferrocynide, Ferric ammonium Ferrocyanide, Chromium Oxide Greens, Chromium Hydroxide Green, Yellow 5 Lake, Blue 1 Lake, Red 6, Red 7 Lake.

I am very inclined to brown shades a lot and this is a must have product for me owing to its pigmentation and staying power.

The Elianto Eyeshadows comes in refill pans.

This refill pan can be further fixed into an empty palette (which I saw in their website) or can be kept in the plastic packet itself.

Pros of Elianto Splendour Eyeshadow:

• Highly pigmented
• Stays really long like more than 6 hours
• The must have brown shade for all complexions
• Easily blendable
• It has a velvety easy to work with texture
• Can be used as a contouring powder
• With a base, it never creases for me
• It is so matte
• AED 19 for a 2 gram product that has multiple uses is such a steal

Cons of Elianto Splendour Eyeshadow :

A little goes a long way and hence, only a very little amount should be applied in the beginning and slowly build up the colour or else you will have to wash your face and start all over again :p

But, honestly I am very pleased with this product.

Who should skip this product?
Ladies who already have their HG brown eyeshadow might not want to try this out though, I would say you should try atleast one shade from their vast variety.

What is my take on the brand?
I am quite satisfied with this product and have already eyed a few more beauties there and I strongly feel I am going to be a regular elianto customer.
