I have been one of its kinds bloggers I guess, who haven’t actually revealed myself on my own blog, so I tested putting up my pictures on Instagram and Facebook and I felt great, since all of you were so welcoming and warm. So here I am with a full fledged FOTD. Coming back to my review, I am reviewing the with Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in Place Makeup SPF 10 for you all.

My Thoughts On The Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in Place Makeup SPF 10 :
I finished up my Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15 recently, read my review HERE, so I had to like HAD to replace my regular foundation with something, and Estee Lauder has always caught my attention for their makeup but I hadn’t tried any of their makeup until recent. I begun with their nail paints, and now it is the Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in Place Makeup SPF 10.

I have been using this foundation for about 2 weeks now and here I am to share my views.

Let’s start with the packaging, Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in Place Makeup SPF 10 has a simple no nonsense packaging, now I only wish it had a pump since it would certainly control the quantity disposed, not that I am complaining though.

I love using a damp sponge or my inglot foundation brush for this one, fingers work well too if you really want to sheer it out.

The coverage in my opinion is medium-full, I mean you do not need a lot of efforts and layers of the product to attain a full coverage. The consistency of the product is thick, and it deduces my needs for a concealer in a lot of ways. I simply skip my concealer with this product since it happily covers up my little pimple scars and blemishes easily.

Said that, being thick it doesn’t need any efforts to be blended, it blends like a dream into the skin without making your skin look cakey and loaded.

It has an extremely light feel to it and an amazing coverage. It doesn’t clog the pores neither does suffocate the skin.

The product has a matte finish, which looks gorgeously naturally without making your face look all made up. Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in Place Makeup SPF 10 is one of those base makeup products which will never put you down in terms on longevity, I have tested it in extreme outdoor conditions and extreme indoor conditions too and realized that this product doesn’t oxidize even after being outdoors for approximately the whole day and neither does it get stretchy and dry with the extreme air condition indoors, so a thumbs up in this department.

Neither will it make your face oily or greasy with the passing hours, trust me this stays as fresh as it was during the application through the day. It keeps my skin hydrated and doesn’t make it feel sucked up or dry.

It has a very slight scent to it which IS ALMOST NOT THERE.

It doesn’t transfer onto mobile screens and tissue papers neither does it crease nor smudge. Sounds like a DREAM, yeah? It may be a dream foundation for many who have been looking out for one.

Not to forget, this photographs extremely well even with the SPF it has, for me my pictures didn’t come out ghostly white with it.

So finally the FOTD, here I am wearing the Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in Place Makeup SPF 10, with my Benefit Porefessional beneath and some Bourjois setting powder.

For the eyes, I am wearing assorted purple shades from Maybelline, Mikyajy and Bourjois and some Clinique mascara.

The lip has Inglot matte lipstick in no 126.
