Skin Care : How To Get A Clear Skin
Hello Ladies,
How’s Ramadan treating you guys? Are you feeling it in your bones yet? NO? Alright hold on for the coming days, I am sure you would. :P Today I am giving out some basic tips on how to get a clear skin.
I myself, have a combination skin type, I have combated minor acne during my teenage and until now I still have minute acne problems, mind you I am just 21 yrs old!! :P So, I still haven’t have been blessed to have a super clear skin, but yes it isn’t too bad! We all have those minor skin problems otherwise. Anyways, let me stop cribbing and start on with the article.
Let’s start from this, you must have heard everyone around you telling this irrespective of your skin type and tone. For me even “HE” tells me, to have ample water. Drink a lot of water.
Next obvious thing, avoid a lot of fried and greasy foodstuff. Dear French fries I still LOVE you and KFC you too!!
Exercise!! YAWNNN!! After Ramadan I shall!! Seriously speaking this makes a hell lot of difference in your skin and a VISIBLE DIFFERENCE, trust me. It gives a glow from within.
Sleep well, another major contributing factor.
Exfoliate regularly.
Use face packs.
Always use products which suit your skin type, be it the toner, creams, makeup, wipes, or anything else, make sure they are meant for your skin type. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Wash your face at regular intervals, I know it gets difficult when you are outdoors and with makeup on. But try to use wipes or other alternatives.
Before going to bed, ensure you wash your face with lukewarm water, that’s a different thing that here in the UAE we have warm water in the taps anyways. HUH!!!
Follow CTM religiously and strictly, and half of your skin related issues are gone for good. TRUST ME!
Remove your makeup. Wash off your face with warm water.
If you have oily skin, ensure to keep your hair tied back in a bun or pony.
Get your face cleansed regularly. Get rid of blackheads and whiteheads.
That’s all I can think off!!!! Is there anything you would suggest?

All the points you mentioned in this article are so true, Zeeba! :)
I don’t have super-clear skin or anything, but I’m pretty happy in general with my skin. I’ve never had acne, but do get the rare (read once in 6 months) zit.
Water and sleep really DO make a difference!
And oh, now that you mention it, I miss the warm water in the taps in the UAE! So very much! :P When I first came to India, I hated the ice cold water in the taps (still do, haha) and I SO wish the taps had the warm and cold sides!!! :/
That’s why I always wash my face over my bathtub, switching the water heater on for a few minutes. Tedious, but I’ve now become used to it :)
Ramadan Kareem! :))

fibre rich foods are also important for a clearer skin.
eg: apple, pears, almonds, figs and dates are full of nutrions and fibre and also add watermelon, cantaloupe as well best for the ppl who doesnt like to drink water but nothing can replace water.
TRUE FARAH`:)
I wash my face twice a day Morning and Evening. And apply moisturizer or cream.
