Home Remedies To Lighten Dark Spots
Hello Ladies!!
Hope you guys are doing fantastic!! We all have some dark spots somewhere on the body which we HATE and want to get rid off!! Although they are not very fierce BUT they are very much there. So here are some remedies to lighten dark spots!!
Castor Oil. Now castor oil is one anti inflammatory oil. It is great as a spot reducer. Not just this it is also a great moisturizer hence the chances of skin dryness and aging spots is reduced.
Onion. Cut an onion, and keep it overnight, at normal room temperature!! Let it stink!! :D And the next morning take a piece and rub it on the dark spots. You can also grind this onion and mix it with apple cider vinegar and then rub it with a cotton pad onto the skin. It works even on those aging spots.
Vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Dab on some of any of the two with a cotton pad onto the skin. Let it sit on the skin for a while and then wash it off.
Lemons!! Lemon is an all rounder when it comes to skin care. It is a great exfoliant and skin lightener. Even simply rubbing the lemon onto the skin helps with reducing the dark spots on the skin. Lemons are the best natural exfoliators.
Mix vinegar with orange juice, and apply it onto the skin and let it dry. Wash it off!! Follow this at least thrice a week.
Exfoliate regularly. This is one of the best ways for fighting dark spots. So exfoliate at least twice a week.
Papaya!! Mash papaya and apply it on the skin. Let it be, and let it dry and then wash it off. This shall brighten up the skin and lightens up the dark spots too.
Aloe vera!! Apply aloe vera onto the skin as much as possible. This is one treatment which really works in reducing dark spots, so leave on the aloe vera for about 45 minutes and wash it off with luke warm water.
