Home Remedies To Reduce Hair Fall

Hello Ladies,

The weekend is officially over! So let’s get it on with a new month and a new day from tomorrow!! Time is flying, like HOW!! In this post I have just put together some tips and home remedies to reduce hair fall. Hope these help all of you who are combating hair fall.

• First and the most important thing to do, is keeping the hair clean. Unclean hair cause dandruff, scalp itching and other problem which can lead to hair fall. So always keep the hair clean and wash them regularly.
• Use clean combs and brushes. Wash your combs and brushes regularly and keep changing them constantly.
• Protect your hair from sun. Wear an umbrella when in sun or use products with sun protection properties.
• Use an appropriate shampoo and conditioner; these should match your hair type and texture. Also keep the nature of your scalp in mind when it comes to picking the shampoo and conditioner.

• Massage regularly. Use olive oil and almond oil frequently. Pre heat the oil before massaging in, do it over night. And do not forget to wrap them in a towel after the massage.
• Rubbing lemon on the scalp also helps in bettering scalp conditions and thus reduce hair fall.
• Avoid combing your tresses when they are wet.
• Avoid blow drying as much as you can.
• Let your hair dry naturally; wrap them in a towel post shower.
• A mixture of henna and egg help in preventing hair fall.
• Watch your diet. Eat vegetable and fruits, and everything you think is otherwise boring.
• Diluting some camphor cubes in your hair oil also help in reducing falling of hair.
• A solution of almond oil, coconut oil, olive oil and castor oil proves to be great for hair fall.
• Avoid heat and chemicals as much as possible *which seems impossible*
• Use hair packs, there are tons available in the market and there are a gazillion which you can make at home

• Watch the clips and rubber bands you use for your hair
• Boil some henna leaves in mustard oil and massage it into the scalp and let it be overnight
• Includes nuts in your daily diet
• Trim your hair regularly to get rid of split ends
