Hugo Boss Orange Sunset Eau De Toilette Review
Hello lovelies!
I hope your day has been going good so far. Last time I reviewed my must-have perfume. I usually reach out for it during the day. However on a night out I prefer something sexier.Something like the Hugo Boss Orange Sunset Eau de toilette .
It is aptly named. The first time I smelled it, it conjured up an image of cobbled streets, holding hands and red sunsets. Romantic.
What does Hugo Boss Orange Sunset Eau de toilette say:
Boss Orange Sunset is created of luminous, cheerful and fresh accords of bergamot and mandarin, decorated with blooming bouquet of white flowers and feminine tacts of rose, on a creamy base combined of vanilla and sandalwood. New Boss Sunset invites for flirting and seduces with floral-fruity zest and offers new joy.

The orange bottle is very attractive and very uniquely designed. The colours are inspired from the kaleidoscope of colours in the sunset sky.
My opinion on the Hugo Boss Orange Sunset Eau de toilette :
The perfect perfume for evenings and for special occasions. It has a very sexy and sultry feel (smell?) to it. Like I said it reminds of sunsets and romantic evenings. It opens up to the scent of orange and something muskier ( sandalwood?) and settles down on my skin as a mixture of vanilla and orange. It’s quite a strong perfume and stays on me for quite a while. Dusk to dawn. Yes that’s how long it lasts. When I wake up in the morning and turn my head I can sniff it on the pillow. This summery fragrance is also perfect for those days on the beach or for lunch out with girlfriends. I love it.
That is until I start perspiring.
You know how your body chemistry affects how a perfume smells on you. Turns out this smell doesn’t appreciate hard work. Trust me girls you DO NOT want to put this on and for a workout or a brisk walk. I tried and then I started emitting this overly sweet smell that make my head go round. Not cool. Perfect way to ward off surrounding people.
What’s to love about Orange Sunset:
- Perfect fragrance for a night out
- Long lasting.
- Attractive packaging.
- For me it brings back memories of sunsets along the beach.
What’s not to love about Orange Sunset:
- Does not agree with my body chemistry.
- Some women may find this fragrance too strong for their liking. It is a stronger smell than the original Orange by Hugo Boss. Not for sensitive noses. Once I spritzed a little too much on my dress and elbows ( never again ) I ended up with a headache.
Final verdict:
Hugo Boss Orange Sunset Eau de toilette a good perfume. Strong but good. Its for those girls who want to make a bold impression on their first date. Its for those girls who just want to go out with their loved ones smelling good. It’s a perfume for romance and walks along the beach.

Lol. I keep telling myself “Not another perfume. you already have so many” each time i enter sephora. but noooo i still buy more. I can never smell good enough :d Cosmetic section. Same situation. Doesnt matter how many coral lipsticks i have i still want ‘this’ one. :headbang:
