I have already shared with you my purchases of the Color Tattoos HERE, and I already reviewed the shade Bad To The Bronze , HERE. Today I am sharing just another pretty shade from this line, it is the Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Eyeshadow In Bold Gold.

Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Eyeshadow In Bold Gold is a beautiful golden shade. It’s not a very vibrant gold like Sleek Molten Metal, I reviewed HERE. This one is a nice rich gold shade.

You can create the following look using Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Eyeshadow In Bold Gold :

• Start by applying AUDACIOUS ASPHALT to the base of your lid. Try to have a heavier concentration near the lash line because you are going to create a gradation towards the brow.
• Using a flat concealer brush, apply BAD TO THE BRONZE to your crease.
• Apply BOLD GOLD up to your brow to achieve a full metallic effect. You can also apply BOLD GOLD to your tear duct.
• Line your eyes with Master Drama in MIDNIGHT MASTER.

My Thoughts On The Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Eyeshadow In Bold Gold :

The packaging of the color tattoos, are simple and non messy, I like how I can get my fingers in there to get the product out as well as swirl my brush inside to get the product. Total WIN.

The color Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Eyeshadow In Bold Gold is gorgeously pigmented , but it does sheer out on application, you have to build it up if you plan not to layer it with another eyeshadow. The color turns out too sheer for a solo wear.
I personally love it as a base for my golden-y eyeshadows, it makes them 5 times more vivid and brighter plus clings it on to the lids for hours to come, even in these SUMMERS.

The texture of this product is its USP, I mean the whipped creamy texture ensures blend-ability of the product without any problems, but it makes it simple to use it.

Being thick and creamy some shadows tend to dry up on the lids, or even kind of get tough to blend, these give you no such problems and give you enough time to work them out!

Just like the other, this one also doesn’t crease no matter what it is put through; it stands strong and keeps the other eyeshadows going strong too, through the day.

No matter how oily lids you have, these will stay strong on the lids through hours to come.

These are definitely a tough competition to the high end cream bases and cream shadows, with all the qualities they possess.
