Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel

Hope you all are doing fab! I have been under the stone for a while I know, but then we all need closure. I am back anyways, hope you all are having a fabulous week and with the festive season hitting back again I am sure it’s all bright and cheerful. Today I am reviewing the Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel.

It costs around 20 AED, it is actually a bit more but there were promotional discounts for it at Carrefour. You get 200 ml of the face wash.

The Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel comes in a sturdy plastic jar with a press up lid, like you press the lid from one side it opens up from the other end.
My thought on the Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel:
I was quite happy with my Garnier Light Face Wash, but you know laziness evades you somehow, sometimes. So same was the case here, I bought Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel since it ensured hydration, I mean the Aqua Sensation range is made for hydration and moisturization. Although Garnier Light Face Wash was the best wash I used till date, it did leave my skin a little dry and stretchy with the changing climate, hence the change. Also the content of the bottle intrigued me to pick it.
I picked the Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel for normal to mixed skin since I have a combination skin type, there’s one for oily skin too.
The Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel is a clear gel with white beady granules in it, these granules melt as you massage the gel into your skin and these also gives that gentle scrub.
I have been using it for about 20 days now, and I did not expect some overwhelming results from the cleanser, I only wanted something which is very hydrating and moisturizing for my face, so this has been achieved by the Cleansing Gel. Now my skin doesn’t feel stretchy after washing.
It does cleanse the skin thoroughly, as mentioned and claimed, it removes all types of makeup effortlessly, sometimes when I am all that lazy and grumpy I skip my makeup remover or olive oil and directly use it for cleansing, trust me it leaves the skin squeaky clean.
It didn’t break me out, or even irritated my skin a little. It’s gentle on the skin, I must say.
It leaves my skin soft and hydrated, and NOT GREASY. Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Invigorating Facial Cleansing Gel has a nice soothing yet refreshing scent, very patented to Nivea products, you can’t really put the scent into a category, it is just refreshing.
The price and the quantity are also corresponding, so no complains in that area too. The bottle will last you for about 1.5 months with daily usage, since you do not require a lot of product.
The packaging is sturdy, and hence travel friendly and avoid wastage in any way.
Other than this, it is dermatologically tested and does what it claims. I have no cons for the product, since it is a nice regular cleanser.
