Remedies For Eye Bags

Hello Ladies,

Hope you guys are doing fabulous!! Ramadan seems to be taking a toll on my health though, happens every year!! It’s just a little dizziness which gets into the brain I feel. But anyhow, lets discuss how to combat eye bags or baggy eyes. Here are some remedies for eye bags.

Cucumber, now I need not mention it here since each one of us must have tried it. It’s been used for eye bags from over decades and centuries I feel. Sliced cucumber hydrates the skin, thus reducing the puffiness.

Tea bags!! Again I need not mention this one I guess. Damp tea bags help combat puffy eyes. Caffeine has a diuretic which does this. So either use normal dampen tea bags or freeze them and let them cool down on your eyes.

Even the spoon method works for puffy eyes!!

Sleep well!! These days the sleeping habits and sleeping hours are CRAZYYYY which give you baggy and puffy eyes the next day. So sleep well.

Have enough Vitamins, you can also have vitamin supplements. Lack of vitamins like K and C cause puffy eyes. Also iron deficiency in the body can cause puffy eyes.

A mixture of cream, honey and lime juice also helps to tighten and firm up the under eye skin.

Almond oil or essential oil massages. This works as magic!! Olive oil and almond oil are by far the best remedies for every problem relation the skin and hair, trust me. Do not forget Moroccan oil too.

Other than this, use a proper eye cream for both day and night. Do not be a lazy bum!!

Use an appropriate sunscreen for the eyes, specifically. Never forget your shades in the sun.

Avoid prolonged exposure to the computer screens.

Also take it slow with makeup, the MUA at MAC recently told me that foundation when applied under the eyes causes aging of the skin and also puffiness. Do not tug your eyes.
