Revlon Nail Enamel In Knockout , Sassy and Impulsive

Hope you are all having a good week. As for me, I am really looking forward to my vacation. Just counting the days, August ain’t that far! Yipee! It’s a new week, so let’s talk about nail colors today. Revlon has come up with some pretty new and vibrant shades. Today, I am sharing my thoughts on Revlon Nail Enamels (the new shades).

Revlon Nail Enamel delivers long lasting brilliant nail color with gorgeous smooth, chip-resistant color to nails. Revlon Nail Enamel gives up to 10 days of lasting color & shine when worn with Revlon’s Base and Top Coat. Revlon’s exclusive silk-protein shield works to instantly help even out the surface of the nail while rising above color to automatically smooth away bubbles, streaks and brush marks.

Available Shades:
Available in 72 shades . They have come up with 20 New Shades – Bewitching, Charming, Classy, Dreamer, Elegant, Fashionista, Fearless, Graceful, Impulsive, Knockout, Mischievous, Muse, Radiant, Sassy, Siren, Sparkling, Stunning, Sweet Tart, Timeless and Zealous. I like the names that they have given each nail color.

EXPERT TIPS:
• Apply favorite Revlon® Base Coat.
• Apply two coats of Revlon® Nail Enamel and let dry.
• Apply favorite Revlon® Top Coat.

Price, Packaging, Availability & Quantity:
It costs AED 30. The typical Revlon glass container has about 14.7 ml of varnish with a regular brush. You can buy these from Lifestyle, Beauty Bay, Avenue, etc. They are also available in Revlon counters across all the Malls in the region.

My thoughts on Revlon’s nail enamel:
There are so many shades to choose from , I have – knockout (black), Sassy (lime green), Impulsive (dark purple).

Sassy, is a green apple shade!! It is a nice bright green, this is how it looks on my sister’s nails.

Knockout, is the mundane glossy black.

Impulsive, is a deep aubergine shade, one of the prettiest purples I have come across.

In my opinion, the nail enamel goes on evenly and has a really good quality. I have tried out impulsive and knock out so far, and I must say I really love the shades. I think the nail polish is pretty inexpensive for the quantity you get.

I didn’t use any top coat when I applied this, and the color stayed for almost 5-6 days without chipping. The pigmentation of this nail enamel is awesome – one coat of this polish is adequate, but I prefer to apply two to give it a richer look. The best feature of these nail colors are that they dry in a jiffy! So if you are in a hurry to be somewhere and don’t have enough time to apply polish and wait for it to dry, this is what you should be looking for.

I do not have any complains in the chipping department as well, these do not chip or smudge or smear for the longest week :P

For me this nail polish is a win and I haven’t come across any drawbacks of the product. I am definitely going to grab more shades from the lot. Do try them out and share your thoughts

Pros:

Dries quickly
Pigmented – you’ll need just one coat to achieve the color, but I prefer applying two
Lasts for about 3-4 days without chipping
Good amount for reasonable price
Doesn’t chip!!

Cons:

Nothing!

Final Verdict:
I strongly recommend you to check out Revlon’s new range of nail colors. I’m sure you guys will love them and I’m looking forward to buying “Surf”, “Dreamer” and “Blue Mosaic”
