Skin Care : 3 Habits To Break To Have A Good Skin
Hello Ladies!!
Midweek!! The toughest day of the week Tuesday has just flown by!! So 2 more days to the weekend! Whooooopie!! Today I am spilling out the top 3 habits to break to have a good skin, once you have gotten over these habits, you are bound to have flawless skin. So let’s get started.
Now when I say skin, do not refer this to your face skin only!! I am speaking off skin in general. So here we go!!
Give up on dry shaving. Now we often complain of ingrown hair, dry skin patches and rough skin on our hands and legs, this is the result of shaving dry without any lotion or soap. So give up on dry shaving. Always moisturize your skin before and after shaving!! This is a must. The best way to shave is to leave your skin to dampen in water for a bit, and then apply shaving lotion or shower gel, avoid soap!! Lather it up and then wash off!! Soap usually tends to invite cuts and rashes. Also after shaving immediately moisturize.
Next is SUNSCREEN!! Now this is the most important thing to see too!! Always carry and apply sunscreen, all OVER the body not just the face. Sun damage is the worst damage for the skin, so try and apply sunscreen RELIGIOUSLY. If you have oily skin type, and are afraid to apply sunscreen, opt for an oil free sunscreen, or go for combined multi purpose products like a makeup base with sunscreen. There are sunscreens available for every part of the face to be specific!! INVEST in these products, they are worth it!!
Exfoliate regularly!! Now by this I mean that the body skin also needs to get rid of dead cells, so make sure you exfoliate your body too. Try dry exfoliators or a convenient mode of exfoliation for the body skin, like a loofah!!
Other than these 3 , every woman is pretty confident and serious with all her skin cares routines I guess!! Inculcate the above 3 too, in your regimen and see the changes!!
