Skin Care : How To Reduce Back Acne
Hello Ladies,
Having back acne isn’t a CRIME, do not shy away, or hide it!! There are solutions for every problem. This one has too, read this to find more on how to reduce back acne.
I would be doing a separate on home remedies for back acne, so you all need to hold on to your horses.
Stay Hygienic :
Staying hygienic is the foremost thing you need to do in order to avoid any sorts of skin disorders. Shower daily, use an antibacterial soap or shower gel. Be gentle to your back, do not scrub hard and aggravate back acne. Wear loose clothes, do not tighten the bra hook to an extent that it would create marks and itching at the back. Inner hygiene is the cure to any and every skin disorder.
Wear Clean Clothes:
Clean Undergarments are very necessary to keep your skin away from disorders and diseases. Make sure the detergent and soap is totally washed away from your clothes, in order to avoid rashes and itching.
Make sure to use a antibacterial soap or detergent or solvent to ensure that the clothes are clean and germ free.
See The Products You Use :
Moisturize your back regularly, I think I ignore my back the most. Use a water based moisturizer. Products with oil clog pores, thus causing acne but natural oils control the sebum.
Sleep Well :
Sleep on the side. Avoid running the back on the bed, so sleep on the side and sleep for enough hours. Do not deprive yourself of sleep and rest. Keep the beddings clean.
Healthy Diet : Include vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid caffeine, carbonated drinks, alcohol and smoking. Sugars should also be cut off. Have green tea, it is an antioxidant. Chew on some cloves daily, this boosts the immune system.
Drink Water : I am looking for an APP for this one, iphone does have one, which reminds you on regular intervals to drink water. Try to have luke warm water as much as possible.
Exercise : Goodness!!!! I do not find a slot to fit in this!!! SERIOUSLY,I need too, I will MAY BE after RAMDAN. Exercising increases the blood circulation, and thus avoids stagnation of blood.
