What TRESemme Heat Defense Spray claims?
There’s one rule when you expose your hair to heat — the hair must be protected. This product guards against heat styling tools up to 230 degrees celcius, keeping your hair shiny and incredibly soft. Professional quality formula contains a heat activated complex to help protect your hair during heat styling, whilst smoothing frizz and sealing in shine.
How it works?
To protect your hair from damage caused by heat styling tools by up to 230 degree celcius*, spray TRESemmé defence styling spray liberally onto your before blow drying and heat styling, keeping it shiny and incredibly soft.
Also, the moisture-locking vitamin complex helps prevent hair becoming brittle and dull, with continued use prevents up to 82% less breakage.**
How to use TRESemme Defense Spray ?
Spray liberally 6-8 inches away from mid-shaft to ends. Use a brush to pull hair straight and blow dry from roots to ends.
Use both on damp hair before you blow-dry and on dry hair before curling or using straightening irons to shield hair from damaging heat.

What do I like about TRESemme Heat Defense Sprayt?
- Very inexpensive
- Very long lasting, the bottle will last atleast 6 months of excessive usage. I use very often as I always curl and iron my hair.
- I love the spray bottle, very very practical and feels very professional. This is the best Spray packaging so far !
- I can actually see the difference when I curl my hair with and without this product. My curls looks more shine, this is practical since I don’t like using Serum on Curls, so this gets me away with that.
What do I dislike about TRESemme Heat Defense Spray?
- It does fume up, but then many sprays do.
- It does have a burn carbonated smell after using the iron.
Will I repurchase?
Yes, Absolutely, this is a 5 star Product. Absolute value for money.
Who do I recommend TRESemme Heat Defense Spray
Everyone, this is not targeted at any hair type, however, I do think they are better products for blonde hair This is excellent for black hair
