What I Carry In My Makeup Bag
Hello Ladies,
I was so bugged doing product reviews today. Ahh, it takes toll sometimes on the creativity so I took a break, to write on fashion but again found myself a bit stagnant, so I came home and sat down and thought on something better. So here I am, this is me :P (remember Bryan Adams) with a What’s In My Makeup Bag post.
So here we go,
This is my everyday makeup bag. I carry it in my handbag or simply keep it in the car when I am not carrying a handbag. This bag is nothing official, it is the PHILIP B bag, which held a travel kit of hair products. So nothing fancy. I chose it for my makeup bag, since it is small and transparent, which lets me know if anything is leaking or spilling or messing around.
It holds very basic and few essential products. Mostly I keep multipurpose and multifunctional products with me, which save space and also am functional and most of all trustworthy.
Firstly, the face makeup. I keep wet wipes, blotting sheets and tissues in my bag for cleansing up the face. I also carry a face wash if the day seems long. Other than that I do not carry a foundation with me but yes I use the UNE BB Cream Foundation which Is sleek and great for everyday.
Other than that I just use my Inglot YSM Pressed Powder. To keep the shine and grease away and also to set the cream. You can read the complete review HERE.
I do not need the concealer.
For the eyes, I carry my Rimmel Glam Eyes HD Eyeshadow in 005 English Rose and my new Arcancil Cil Cabaret Mascara.
I totally trust the efficiency and workability of the Rimmel Glam Eyes HD Eyeshadow in 005 English Rose, it instantly lightens up my eyes and accentuates their beauty. You can read the complete review HERE.
Arcancil Cil Cabaret Mascara is both volumizing and lengthening one, so I prefer that. This brand is exclusively available at all FACES stores.
For the cheeks, I keep the Benefit Posie Tint with me, again it is multi functional, it works for my cheeks and gives the most natural flush ever, and also looks great on the lips. You can read the complete review HERE. You can avail this at all FACES stores.
Next the lips, now this is where my concern is. I carry 3-4 lip products. I mean I have such an unpredictable mood, that you never know, I am wearing a matte neutral shade this moment and the next moment I want to dip my lips in red paint kinds. :P
So I carry, a lip balm, which is necessary!!!! Labello Fruity Shine in Cherry has got me hooked. It gives a gorgeous plum tint to my lips.
Other than that, I carry a bright pink lip gloss, current favorite is Revlon Colorburst Lip Gloss in Strawberry Fraise. It is a bright pink color, with silver shimmer in it.
Along with this, I carry my Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in No 13, which is a gorgeous neon peachy orange. I love it!
Frankly I am not a neutral lip person; I do use neutral lip colors but not very frequently. But yes I use a lot of neutral lip glosses.
Lastly, I carry a pouch with hair pins and hair bands and some jewelry. I do not wear earrings mostly, so here are my most favorite pair of earrings, they are from ALDO. Ain’t they nice?

Other than these, I carry a brush, hand creams, mouth fresheners, a hair spray and I do not carry any makeup brushes along.

Fun post zeeba..me carry..UD eyeliner,Estee Lauder mascara,Maybelline lip liner,NYX tea rose or Maybelline brunette blush lippie or Chambor Silk pop,Burts bees lip balm,2 perfumes trial bottles(currently Bvlgari and Calvin Klein shock),Maybelline BB cream,some clips and pins,a pair of extra pearl eaarings,comb and a face wash. :cheers:

i am also good good. :) Tangerine goes well with blingy tops for evening wear and basic shades or even pastels….unless you wanna go colorblocking with contrast bright shades. :)

hieeeee….hehe my hubby had this hoidesign ka green leather pouch in which he used to carry his shaving kit and stuff since he is on tours most of the time..i churaoed it and use it as much makeup bag now..lol..

no i hvnt reviewed..i will sooon………….actually…it is 2 shades dark,,, I use it only for concealing….my spots…. and then pat on ..my shade compact powder.. :)
ohh okies,,,,but some how…i m in love with it..agan its not available in mumbai,,,why on earth do these cosmetics treat us indians like a step child..all good things are introduced over seas only…and india has become like a dumping ground like raste ka maal saste me

yes absolutely…..i m itching to write to all cosmetic companies….its crazy when you see so much good stuff in us, uk, canada, gulf, south east asia…there are so many amazing products that has been launched post new year…..but we in india,,,have to be satisfied with what ever is available
